Vision
Education and Healthcare are the most important pillars of humanity, but sadly, these are also the most neglected sectors in our country. The gap between the affordability and availability is so huge that the under-privileged cannot even dream of enjoying these services at par with the privileged one.
Jasmeet & Deepali acknowledged this gap long back as they travelled through various villages and small towns during their vocational trips. They vowed to do their bit and this became the inspirational thought of creating First Be Human Foundation ("FBHF"). Though the seeds to do something for humanity were sowed in their earliest years, when they rehabilitated a young boy, who had undergone a jail term, by giving him vocational training in their organization, and boosting his morale by considering him among equals within the society of privileged. He eventually got a good job independently and now is well settled with his family. They have provided couple of scholarships to children whose families are below poverty line. Two of the sponsored children are now qualified chartered accountants, and one child has even undergone a training in US.
First Be Human Foundation now aims to enhance their vision and spread their activities to lot many more under-privileged people. The target is to establish some educational module that helps the children in their formative years to gain skills and engage them into entrepreneurial activities. Similarly, FBHF would engage in innovating living standards of disparaged senior citizens (homeless) by providing an inclusive environment and all possible healthcare services.

First Be Human Foundation's Mission is to:
help underprivileged and deserving children with assistance for their scholastic education.
sponsor underprivileged and deserving children for their scholastic education.
provide scholarships to underprivileged and deserving children for their scholastic education.
promote activities for protection of environment by planting, re-planting trees, pastures, building water conservation projects.
create outreach programs in field of environment, education, health, technology, arts and culture without gender bias.
build infrastructure capacity to develop and enhance literacy skills among underprivileged children, or improve health facilities for needy, such as,
Implementation of programs to obtain and manage a supply of books, learning aids, spaces, instructors, or any other form of assistance.
To build, operate, manage, fund any type of educational institutions, vocational training centers, knowledge awareness centers.
To build old-age shelters, retirement homes with nursing care, for the persons in their silver years.
build, fund or buy properties, equipments or use resources as necessary to achieve the main objectives.
promote social upliftment of child and women welfare.
create a community or communities that work for conservation, development and upliftment of environment, education, health, arts and culture, thus benefitting all sections of the society without differentiating on their caste, creed, gender, religion, community backgrounds.

THE IMPACT
I remember this day for a person who instilled the idea of humanity in me,
For whom love, kindness and compassion just came free,
He's one person to whom I owe my life to,
Without whom, my principles, values, and creativity wouldn't have come through,
Neither my never ending urge to do the best would have evolved,
Nothing good to my life would have happened, if he wasn't involved.

THE INSPIRATION
He is the one from whom I learnt to never shy away from making a mistake,
He ensured that I bring out my best with every retake,
His lessons on humanity were not just preached, but actually practiced,
It should be our duty that his learning's always remained noticed.
As I still read through his letters written to me,
With every word of praise, gives much needed raise to me,
These memories will never lose its grace,
I'll make sure it happens till the end of this human race.
It's a proud moment to celebrate his birth centenary today,
What can we all do to make this event enduring every day,
It's time to garner all his learning's and turn it into an institution,
That's what is going to keep us inspired with a strong foundation,
As a start, we are now going to build one in his name,
Like Darji would also have said, 'first be human foundation' is going to be its name,
A big salute to his selfless life he lived,
Together we can raise this institution to another level of fame.
THE VISION
The purpose of this institution is to help the under privileged with their welfare and education,
This is going to be no less than my life's mission,
Nothing less than this can be greatest tribute to a great man I knew,
I'm very sure he'll be proud with our initiative and will shower his blessings with every drop of dew.
